Pirata Ink is a tattoo and art project founded by Honduran artist Rafael and based at Bella Ciao Studio on Ometepe Island, Nicaragua. Located at the foothills of the majestic Maderas Volcano, the studio offers a unique environment where art, nature, travel, and personal expression come together.
After traveling across more than 20 countries while creating art and tattooing along the way, Rafael brings a global perspective and a distinctive artistic vision to every project. Each piece is thoughtfully designed to reflect the individuality and story of the person who wears it.

Rafael é stato molto premuroso nel posizionare e disegnare l’idea di tatuaggio che volevamo (io e il mio amico), senza pressione e super disponibile, siamo andati via dallo studio contentissimi per davvero.
Anche la location é unica e il prezzo è onestissimo
Honestly one of the best tattooists that I know and I’m from the uk!! Very welcoming and such a peaceful environment and Rafael (the tattooist) is very skilled with the needle almost feels like your not even getting a tattoo

Honestly, one of the best places to get a tattoo I've ever had the pleasure of going to. Raff, the owner, is wonderful; he took two hours of his time just to place a bracelet stencil on my leg. Besides offering all styles, he also did the delicate fine line flower my friend had done, and I've never seen such fine and perfectly even lines. If you want a beautiful travel souvenir in the form of a tattoo, this is definitely a no-brainer. Guaranteed you'll leave with the exact tattoo you want. He's incredible and an artist who truly wants to make you happy.
